James Norton

Co-Founder

James is a BAFTA-nominated actor across film, TV and theatre, and is Rabbit Track’s Founder and full-time member of the producing team. James is bringing in projects through his stellar relationships in the industry and helping to package them up.

He starred as 'John’ in Oscar-winning Greta Gerwig’s Little Women (alongside Meryl Streep, Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, and Laura Dern) and his film Mr. Jones directed by Oscar-nominated Agnieszka Holland, in which he plays the titular role, opposite BAFTA-winning Vanessa Kirby and Peter Skaarsgaard, was nominated for the 2019 Berlin Film Festival’s Golden Bear.

James’ most loved TV projects include Happy Valley (BBC/Netflix), McMafia (BBC/AMC), Grantchester (ITV) and War and Peace (BBC).

Kitty Kaletsky

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Kitty runs the creative and day-to-day operations at Rabbit Track. Previously, she was a scripted development executive, Head of Development and Head of TV at prolific companies such as Number 9 Films, Archery Pictures and Black Bear Pictures, as well as independently producing a documentary film for BBC’s Storyville.

Kitty lived for four years in LA, running Oscar-winning Black Bear’s TV department, so has strong relationships both in the UK and Hollywood.

Louisa FitzGerald

Director of Development

Louisa joined Rabbit Track at the beginning of 2024 and runs the development slate. Previously, she was Head of Development for the scripted department at Raw TV and Twelve Town (previously Pinewood Television).

Prior to that, she worked across development at Hat Trick where she was the script producer on The Secret for ITV, and at Kudos where she script edited River for BBC1.

Mae Jackson

Development Executive

Mae joined the Rabbit Track team at the beginning of 2021. She assisted James and Kitty on their first project, ROGUE AGENT, and now works across the development of the rest of the slate.

Mae graduated from UEA in 2018 with a degree in English Literature before moving to London to work at WME where she began in Non-Scripted TV. She then went on to assist the Head of International Motion Picture, working with clients such as Luca Guadagnino, Baltasar Kormákur and Jennifer Kent.

Annie Mitchell

Production & Development Associate

Annie joined Rabbit Track in 2023. She works across creative and operations within the company, seeing projects through from development to delivery. 

Prior to Rabbit Track, Annie freelanced on various Film/TV projects such as Apartment7A (Paramount+) and Alice & Jack (Channel4), before going in-house at Esperanto Filmoj where she worked as Director’s Assistant to Alfonso Cuarón on Disclaimer (Apple TV).
